Return Process:

We are committed to your full satisfaction, and our return and refund policy is designed to make the process as simple and stress-free as possible.

Return Procedure:

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to arrange a return or exchange. We will provide a prepaid shipping label. For other returns or exchanges, you have 15 days from receiving the item to start the process. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and accessories included. You can initiate the return or exchange through our website or via email.

Please note that personalized, custom, and final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs for non-defective items.

Refunds:

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is in its original condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days to your original payment method, and send you a confirmation email.

For defective or damaged items outside the 30-day return window, we will do our best to offer a solution, such as a repair or replacement. Our goal is to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

Sale Items:

Refunds are only available for regular-priced items. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. If it was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.

Shipping:

To initiate a return for an item that isn’t as described, please email us at contact.ecomoteez@gmail.com, and we’ll provide instructions on how to proceed. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Ensure the item is securely packaged and include the original invoice. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange.
